The Vivo X300 series will soon get a new ultra-flagship in the form of the Vivo X300 Ultra. We’ve come across multiple rumors and leaks in recent times, suggesting that it’ll be a camera beast with dual 200MP sensors. Not just that, it might feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. With such high-end hardware, it’ll be a shame if it stays exclusive to China. Vivo seems to be on the same page, as a new development brings some good news. The Vivo X300 Ultra is heading to global regions alongside the Vivo X300 FE, suggests a new certification.
Vivo X300 Ultra is heading to global markets, suggests a new certification
The Vivo X300 Ultra first appeared on the IMEI database back in November 2025, throwing hints that it might be launching globally. But then again, it was too early to come to a conclusion. Fast forward to now, the Vivo X300 Ultra and the Vivo X300 FE have been spotted on the Indonesian SDPPI database. This is a strong indication that the global may actually happen.
The listing clearly mentions the “Vivo X300 Ultra” branding alongside its model number “V2562.” Meanwhile, there’s also the Vivo X300 FE, which could be a cheaper alternative to the Vivo X300, and this bears the model identifier V2537. The phone could be a rebrand of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini that went official in China in December 2025.

All about cameras and performance
Clearing SDPPI certification is reportedly the last step before a global launch for brands like Vivo. So chances of the Vivo X300 Ultra debuting globally look stronger than ever. The flagship is expected to arrive with a 6.82-inch 2K OLED display and possibly a high refresh rate. It’s going to be the heaviest ‘ultra’ phone on the market, mainly because of the high-quality components and premium hardware.
The Vivo X300 Ultra may get a 200MP sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, a 200MP periscope telephoto, and a 5MP multispectral sensor. Leaks claim that the phone will use a new Zeiss coating to boost low-light performance. It may also get an optional 400mm add-on telephoto extender lens. The phone is likely to pack a 7,000mAh battery with 100W charging support.
Meanwhile, if the Vivo X300 FE is indeed a rebrand of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, it may feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, a 6.31-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, 50MP triple cameras, and a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
