Lee & Associates arranged the sale of the Dover Apartments, a 59-unit multifamily property located at 901 6th Avenue in downtown Seattle.
Originally constructed in the early 1900s, the building offers a rare combination of vintage architectural character and a walkable urban location. This transaction was brokered by Candice Chevaillier, Daniel Lim, Dea Sumantri, and Sara Bago of Lee & Associates’ Northwest Multifamily Team.
The transaction, which closed with seller financing, marks the first U.S. acquisition for Single Point Ventures, an international investment group seeking to establish a long-term presence in the Pacific Northwest.
“The Dover represents an important first step in our U.S. growth strategy. Its history and central location make it a unique opportunity, but more importantly, it offers us the ability to reposition and reimagine the property for the next generation of residents in downtown Seattle,” said Edi Nisenbaum, Managing Partner at Single Point.
