Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Verizon has signed a 128,894-square-foot lease renewal at Continental Towers, an office campus located at 1701 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents Joe Stevens and Steve Degodny represented building ownership in the deal. “We’re thrilled to see Verizon continue its long-term commitment to Continental Towers,” Stevens said. “This is a good indication that a Class A property with stellar amenities and convenient access can draw and retain high-quality tenants.” Verizon was represented by Jon Springer and Andrew Kaplan of CBRE.
Verizon, the world’s second-largest telecommunications company, has been a tenant at Continental Towers since 2016. As of September, this lease is one of the largest office deals completed in Chicago’s Northwest suburban submarket in 2025. Continental Towers comprises 910,000 square feet in four buildings: three 12-story office towers and an amenity-drive property known as the Hub, plus 1 acre of outdoor space for gatherings.
