JLL Capital Markets has completed the sale of 2101 E Jefferson St., a 222,000-square-foot office building situated on four acres in North Bethesda, MD. A team led by Jim Meisel, Dave Baker, Andrew Weir and Kevin Byrd represented the seller and procured the buyer, who plans to convert the property to non-office use.
Built in 1985 and currently vacant, the property is located less than a mile from Pike & Rose, Montgomery County’s newest mixed-use development, and within walking distance of the North Bethesda Metrorail station.
“JLL had very good interest in this asset from users and town home builders,” said Meisel. “This continues a trend of converting vacant office buildings into alternative uses for the future and is the second such sale JLL has had on E Jefferson Street in North Bethesda.”
