A former State Farm office campus will soon be transformed. Workspace Property Trust will convert offices at 64 and 66 Perimeter Center East in Dunwoody to residential units.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the plan will include for-sale residential condominiums at 64 Perimeter Center East and rental units for individuals who are at least 55 years old at 66 Perimeter Center East. Additional units will be built ground-up to the east and west of the offices.
There should be 441 units in total: 214 condos, 126 age-restricted rentals and 101 townhomes. The groundbreaking is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
The redevelopment project will remove about 600,000 square feet of office space from the city’s inventory.
