Ulefone has just announced some new tablets, the Armor Pad 5 series. As you could have guessed by the name, these are rugged tablets. The top-end model also comes with a built-in projector, and that’s the first device we’ll talk about.
Ulefone just announced two new rugged tablets, one has a projector
Two devices have been announced: the Armor Pad 5 Pro and the Armor Pad 5 Ultra. The latter comes with a projector, while the rest of the specs is basically the same between the two models.
The Armor Pad 5 Ultra has a 200LM ultra-bright projector. It offers a 960 x 540 pixel resolution. It supports both auto and manual focus, and also a smart 26-degree upward throw design. There is also a dedicated physical Projector Control key.
Both devices are fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X SoC. That is MediaTek’s mid-range chip. Both devices also include a 24,200mAh battery and support 120W fast charging. Such charging can get both devices from 0 to 20% in just 10 minutes, which is impressive considering the battery capacity. 10W reverse charging is also supported, which means both devices can act as power banks too.
Dual LED lights are also included on the back, along with a Dual Warning Lights
They also feature dual LED lights on the back, with a combined total of 754 LEDs. Those lights can deliver up to 1,000LM. Dual Warning Lights are also a part of the package, with 64 LEDs.
A 64-megapixel main camera sits on the back, along with a 64-megapixel Infrared Night Vision Camera. A 32-megapixel front-facing camera is also a part of the package.
The devices are equipped with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. You can expand the storage up to 2TB via a microSD card. You’ll find an 11-inch fullHD+ display on both of these devices.
Ulefone will start selling the devices on November 11, via AliExpress, as part of the Double 11 Sale event. While we’re waiting for that to happen, you can check out the official promo video below.
