Ulefone has just shared a durability test for its new rugged tablets, the Ulefone RugKing Pad Pro. This series consists of the smaller RugKing Pad Pro and the larger RugKing Pad 2 Pro.
The Ulefone RugKing Pad Pro gets tortured in the official durability test
If you’d like to check out the video, it’s embedded below this paragraph. It has a duration of over a minute, and it shows the RugKing Pad Pro in some truly extreme situations, in true Ulefone fashion.
Before we get to talking about the video, do note that both of these tablets are IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certified. With that being said, the first test in this video includes a truck that weighs 16,000 kg. You’ll see that the truck steps over the tablet twice. No damage.
For the second test, the tablet was taped to a tire and then rolled downhill over mud and gravel terrain. It landed in a pool of dirty water, and yet that didn’t do any damage either.
At the end of this video, Ulefone decided to wash the tablet with a serious water splash. The RugKing Pad Pro slid over the concrete a bit during the process.
The larger model has some advantages, but the RugKing Pad Pro is definitely easier to handle
The Ulefone RugKing Pad Pro features an 8.68-inch display, while the RugKing Pad 2 Pro has a 10.1-inch display. The two tablets have 7,100mAh and 10,200mAh batteries, respectively. The larger model also comes with more RAM and a better camera setup.
The Ulefone RugKing Pad Pro and RugKing Pad 2 Pro are now available across official Ulefone online stores. If you place your order before February 1, you can take advantage of discounted price tags. The smaller model costs $189.99 now, while the larger one is priced at $219.99.
