Only a few months after withering on the vine, British automaker TVR is apparently coming back thanks to some new owners. Charge Holdings, an investment company responsible for all-electric Ford Mustang restomods built under the Charge Cars brand, announced that TVR Automotive would become its latest subsidiary under the terms of a merger between the two companies. While that’s good news for anyone still holding out hope for the slinky Griffith sports car that was initially promised in 2017, it could also mean that TVR will enter the modern world as a manufacturer of electric vehicles – someday, at least
