TruCore Industrial ihas completed the sale of a 70,000-square-foot warehouse/manufacturing property located at 2615 OK-69A in Pryor, Okla., within the Mid-America Industrial Park (MAIP), the state’s largest, and the nation’s third-largest, industrial park.
The facility, situated on 9.88 acres and featuring rail access and excess yard space, is 100% leased to Endot Industries, Inc., a national manufacturer of polyethylene pipe and conduit products serving the water, gas, telecommunications, and electrical markets. Endot has operated in the building for nearly 20 years.
TruCore originally acquired the property in 2022 through a direct relationship with a local broker. “This transaction showcases our ability to identify undervalued industrial assets, move quickly to secure them, and execute a clear value-add strategy,” said Zach Harris, Partner and Managing Director at TruCore Industrial.”
The property’s location within MAIP, home to over 80 companies, including: Google, DuPont, Siemens, Canoo, and Northern Data AG, continues to reinforce its long-term demand and investment appeal.
