LCI Industries started work on a 400,000-square-foot Ranch Hand plant in Seguin’s TriPoint Logistics Center. Ranch Hand is a Lippert truck and SUV accessory brand that manufactures grill guards, bumpers and other accessories. The new Seguin facility will approximately double the current manufacturing capacity of Ranch Hand’s industry leading grill guards and bumpers.
The company will close two nearby plants to consolidate its operations at the Seguin plant. The company pledged to retain most of the roughly 200 workers from the closing plants through relocation aid and training. The project is expected to create 320 jobs at full operation.
The $80 million project is being built by Ackerman & Co. at I-10 and FM 464. Caterpillar has a plant across the street. Delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
