Transwestern announced that Convene Hospitality Group (CHG) has expanded its footprint in Washington, D.C., with a 26,615-square-foot lease on the 6th floor at Hamilton Square, a 316,778-square-foot office property at 600 14th Street NW.
The lease brings CHG’s footprint at the building to three floors totaling 79,850 square feet. Transwestern’s Larry Serota, John Schlegel, and Collin Brown represented CHG in the expansion, and the team serves as the exclusive leasing broker for its private WorkPlaces at Hamilton Square, which are 100% leased.
“This expansion reinforces CHG’s commitment to D.C. and enables the company to continue meeting the high demand for thoughtfully curated meetings and events as well as premium flexible workspaces in core, amenity-rich environments,” said Serota. Strategically located just steps from the White House and the National Mall, the property is surrounded by restaurants and hotels, and is within walking distance of several Metro stations.
