
Bell Works Chicagoland has broken ground on 164 townhomes on the Bell Works property, in partnership with PulteGroup and the Village of Hoffman Estates.
Located on the northeast side of the Bell Works Chicagoland campus, the townhomes will feature three-bedroom layouts with an option for a fourth, three floors of living space and a two-car garage. Conveniently situated near I-90, the property offers easy access to downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport. Completion is expected in Q3 2026.
