If you’ve ever been handed something made by a child – a lopsided drawing, a collage of construction paper and glue – you know how precious it is. What might look imperfect is, to them, a record of focus, joyful creativity, and sheer imagination, untouched by rules or expectations. Designed by Sergei Lvov of Levantin Studio and produced by Uneven Objects, Tottolo carries that same spirit: a table shaped not by logic, but by intuition, play, and the freedom to create without constraint.
Tottolo draws inspiration from childhood memories around a grandfather’s workbench, where curious eyes watched scraps of wood take shape through instinct, not instruction. Even its name feels childlike – more sound than word, playful and open-ended, as if invented on the spot. That same intuitive energy is embedded in the table’s form. The legs were carved with joy and curiosity rather than precision, guided by feeling instead of formula. There was no idea of “correct” – only the confidence to let spontaneity and imagination lead the way.
Tottolo is available with either an MDF or glass top. The MDF version extends across both the top and legs and can be finished in matte or high-gloss lacquer, while the glass top is also offered in matte or glossy variations. Four signature colorways – Ultramarine Blue, Vermilion Red, Wine Plum, and Pearl White – underscore Tottolo’s expressive personality and reinforce the table’s spirited, intuitive nature.
