If you have a relatively obscure vehicle from a couple of decades ago, or more, you’ve surely run into the issue of parts availability. Automakers can’t afford to produce replacement parts for every model and their variants forever. Even the aftermarket has its limits, focusing only on relatively popular classic cars, since there are enough customers to maintain a business. Now imagine how bad it must be to own an obscure car with many unique parts that might have sold in numbers of a couple hundred examples, not even a few thousand. That’s the situation owners of the homologation versions of Group B rally cars, and it’s one that a shop in England is working on solving.
