Things aren’t looking too great out there for station wagons. The once-beloved bodystyle has been slowly hunted to extinction over the past few decades, leading us to 2025, where only a handful still grace our shores. You can thank changing consumer tastes and ever-tightening pocketbooks for the barren wagon landscape, but it also doesn’t help that even automakers like Volvo appear to be giving up on them in favor of much more palatable crossovers.
