This past week, the SU7 Ultra, the performance electric sedan from Chinese consumer electronics brand Xiaomi, officially became the fastest production EV to lap the Nürburgring with a time of 7 minutes and 04.957 seconds. The test driver, Vincent Radermacker, piloted the car through the lap.
