For one of the most romantic countries in the world, we haven’t seen much in the way of French automotive passion projects in recent years. And in fact, for a country that has given us the likes of Alpine, Bugatti, or the Citroën DS, modern France hasn’t turned out many pure sports cars for decades now either. However, there are exceptions, and one appeared not too long ago in the shape of a truly classic roadster — the brainchild of two brothers from the Cévennes Hills. It looked like an old-fashioned Porsche 356 but with a distinct Boxster vibe, and for a while, it represented a proper manufacturing effort in an off-the-beaten track French commune.
