The modern turbocharged four-cylinder engine is the new straight-six, and Stellantis is on the case with the all-new Hurricane 4 Turbo. Out of the gate, it makes 324 horsepower with 332 lb-ft of torque for Jeep, which is impressive. But, judging by the full set of numbers, the key is in how it delivers that power, which comes down to what Stellantis calls its turbulent jet ignition (TJI) technology.
