Porsche loves a good historical homage. Following the 1950s-inspired 911 Targa 4S Heritage Edition and the ’60s-throwback 911 Sport Classic will be a new limited edition called the Spirit 70, and as its name suggests, it will be a tribute to classic Porsche design from the disco era. Based on the 911 Carrera GTS cabriolet with rear-wheel drive, the Spirit 70 features a vibrant color scheme, tacky-fabulous hood graphics, and – best of all – psychedelic Pasha upholstery scattered throughout the cabin. The 911 Spirit 70 is limited to 1,500 units, and like its forebears, it won’t come cheap. Prices start at a whopping $240,000 plus $2,250 for destination and delivery.
