Automotive history is full of what-ifs. What if General Motors had bought Ford back in the early 20th Century? What if Ford had bought Ferrari in the 1960s? What if the DeLorean had been a hit and the company had gone on to produce the tractors and sedans the brand had in mind? It’s fun to speculate as to what might have happened had things gone just a little differently at pivotal moments in the history of the industry.
