The sometimes-unfortunate truth of today’s automotive market is that nearly every car sold in the US is equipped with computers and electronics. Of course, these digital gadgets typically make cars more reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable to sit in. Not to mention, we wouldn’t have the Apple CarPlay-capable 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment systems without the inclusion of computers in our cars. However, despite the upsides, there are a few glaring issues with the computerization of modern vehicles.
