
- Steve Wolff has joined Brennan Investment Group as Senior Vice President on its Texas team. He will focus on investment and asset management strategies for properties across the greater Dallas region. In his new role, Wolff will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and participating in the identification, underwriting, and closing of industrial property acquisitions and developments. Additionally, Mr. Wolff will oversee asset management for Brennan’s future investments in Dallas and play a key role in dispositions.
- Pfluger Architects welcomes Certified Public Accountant Lisa Fitze as the firm’s Director of Finance, Senior Associate. With extensive experience across multiple industries including commercial real estate, transportation and infrastructure, Fitze will lead the firm’s financial strategy and oversee its finance department. Fitze will be based in Pfluger’s Austin office and oversee financial strategy for firmwide operations across five Texas locations.

- Terra-Cap Management, a private equity real estate firm with $2B+AUM, has recently hired Baron Davis as Director of Acquisitions to target value add assets across high-growth Sunbelt and Mountain West markets. He will lead deal sourcing, underwriting & execution across multifamily, industrial, and niche assets—targeting mid-teens IRRs or better. Baron was previously the Vice President, Investments for RPM Living in Austin. Executive search firm RETS Associates handled the search.
- Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR) appointed Felice Terrigno as Houston Division Director. Terrigno will oversee the leasing strategy for Whitestone’s Houston portfolio, which currently consists of more than 10 open-air, institutional-quality shopping centers. He will report to Whitestone’s President and COO Christine Mastandrea.
