
- Dallas-Fort Worth’s newest Kroger Marketplace officially opened. Located at 113 E Bonds Ranch Road, the store anchors Bonds Ranch Marketplace, a community retail center developed by Weitzman and located at the northeast corner of US-287 and Bonds Ranch Road. The Kroger Marketplace is a 128,000-square-foot store. In addition to the anchor, the center features 45,000 square feet of small-shop and freestanding retail space in multiple buildings designed for a mix of shops, dining, services, medical and beauty users.
- Partners Real Estate added Will Austin and Hunter Johnston to the firm’s Industrial Services group in its Houston office. Both Mr. Austin and Mr. Johnston were previously with Bridge Commercial Real Estate.

Walt brings more than 25 years of experience handling real estate and finance transactions in Texas and throughout the United States. He regularly serves as lead counsel in transaction matters valued at more than $100 million dollars with several in the billions.
- Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) commenced construction on the interior build-out of a new Cook Children’s clinic in Arlington, Texas. Construction is expected to be completed by Jan. 2026. Located at 451 Highlander Blvd. Once complete, the space will serve as a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, treatment and lab spaces and a waiting area featuring a playroom for patients and their families, along with staff support spaces such as offices, a collaborative teamwork space and a break area.
- LV Collective is preparing to open Paseo, a multifamily development on Rainey Street. Located at 80 Rainey St., the 48-story mixed-use property will deliver a downtown living experience with unmatched views and amenities. An array of on-site retail and restaurant concepts will also draw the public in.
