• Kelsey Shebay has joined the Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Managing Director, Capital Markets, Office Investment Advisory, in Austin. Shebay brings nearly two decades in providing investment advisory services, particularly in institutional-quality office sales. With a primary focus on Central Texas, she will collaborate across Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets platform of office advisory professionals, leveraging their deep institutional-client relationships. 
• Avison Young promoted Marti Grizzle to Vice President out of the firm’s Houston office. Grizzle is part of a team specializing in office landlord representation, working alongside Wade Bowlin, Principal and Managing Director, Houston. Grizzle and Bowlin are responsible for more than 2 million square feet (sf) of office space in its Houston leasing portfolio.
• Jon Harmon has been hired as Senior Vice President to lead industrial development for Portman in Texas. Based in Dallas and with 20 years of industrial experience, Harmon’s hire marks the official launch of Portman’s industrial platform in the high-growth markets across Texas. In this role, Harmon will identify opportunities to develop new Class-A industrial facilities in all major markets across the state.
• Adolfson & Peterson Construction was recently awarded the construction project for Heritage Oaks Dental Office in downtown Marble Falls. Construction is underway and expected to be completed by Fall 2025. The project includes two ground-up medical office buildings within the new 1.8-acre Heritage Oaks Medical Center, a 5,250-square-foot dental office and a 5,250-square-foot shell space, along with 1,300 square feet of space planned for an oral surgery center tenant.
• Dill Dinkers opened its first San Antonio location, Dill Dinkers – Blanco Market. Located at 18450 Blanco Road, the 15,500-square-foot facility will feature five (5) indoor courts, smart court technology, and dedicated programming for players of all skill levels. The new facility brings year-round indoor pickleball to the Stone Oak area, offering courts equipped with ProCushion surfaces for joint support, individually fenced courts for uninterrupted play, and LED sports lighting for clear visibility.
