
- At Brasfield & Gorrie, Jason Weeks has been promoted to regional president, Susan Stabler has been named senior vice president, and James Cohran now serves as executive vice president of field operations.Weeks spent the past decade guiding the Dallas office. Stabler helped strengthen Brasfield & Gorrie’s healthcare portfolio in Birmingham, Alabama. Cohran oversees field operations across the Texas region.
- Annabella Koloskov has joined Gensler as Healthcare Planning Director. Annabella joins Gensler from Page, where she served as Lead Senior Healthcare Planner and guided complex initiatives for institutions including Memorial Hermann, Houston Methodist, MD Anderson, and Baylor College of Medicine.
- Citadel Partners hired Alexa Bode as Director of Marketing for the corporate real estate advisory firm with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth. In her new role, Bode will lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives designed to elevate Citadel Partners’ market presence and strengthen client relationships.
- Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of The Annex, a 144-unit multifamily property in San Antonio, Texas. The company also secured the financing. Ben Kalter, Drew Garza and Will Balthrope had the exclusive listing to market the property before the lender foreclosed. Near Lackland Air Force Base and five miles from downtown San Antonio, the property includes 144 units offering a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Originally built in 1969, it has recently undergone exterior and amenity upgrades.Â
- Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties announced today three new lease signings at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas. The 642,000-square-foot development, consisting of a Class AA, 26-story office tower, two freestanding restaurant buildings and a half-acre neighborhood park is now 74 percent leased. The three new leases totaling 64,000 feet were signed by UBS, Stonelake Capital Partners, and a confidential tenant.
