
- MBL Title announced that Hailey Curran has joined the firm as Commercial Closing Attorney. Hailey’s notable transactions include a 17-property multi-site retail portfolio, a $120 million three-site multifamily construction project, and a $160 million office building. Since entering the title industry, she has closed more than $2 billion in multi-state commercial real estate transactions.
- VanTrust Real Estate promoted Jen Conyers to real estate manager in its Dallas office. In her new role, Conyers will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, engaging with municipalities, and managing architects, engineers, consultants and contractors. To date she has managed over two million square feet of Class A office space across the Dallas market.Â
- Bunkhouse Hotels opened its second boutique hotel in Houston, Hotel Daphne. Centrally located within the historic Houston Heights neighborhood, Hotel Daphne comprises 49 rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, a picturesque courtyard, a library, and a lobby retail shop, with a ground-floor bar and lounge set to debut in early 2026.
- Landmark Properties with Stockbridge acquired The Junction Cottages & Townhomes (The Junction) at 2415 Junction Boys Rd. in College Station, TX. The 22-acre community, which serves Texas A&M University boasts 186 residences and includes 801 beds, each with a private bath. The transaction was arranged by CBRE.Â
- Berkadia brokered the sale of Elm Creek, a 168-unit, garden-style multifamily community in the affluent Kingwood suburb of Houston, Texas.  The sale marks the final transaction in a four-property portfolio marketed by the Berkadia Houston Investment Sales team, led by Chris Curry, and including Jeffrey Skipworth, Chris Young, and Joey Rippel, Kyle Whitney, and Jed Dalton.  The team represented the seller, HGA. Elm Creek was acquired by Sentinel Capital.Â
- Partners Real Estate hired Marla Diliberto as Chief Marketing Officer. She joins Partners from CBRE.
She will lead Partners’ corporate marketing organization, spearheading the firm’s strategic marketing and branding initiatives as the company enters the next phase of its growth and further elevates its presence on the national CRE stage.
