
Seefried Industrial Properties Inc. is listed as the construction company slated to build a 933,656-square-foot development on Airport Road in Terrell, Texas. The information found in public filings indicates the project is estimated to cost about $120 million and is scheduled to wrap up by the end of 2026. The development will include a “ground-up building for package delivery service and a primary and second guard house accessory building.” The Dallas Business Journal says the property owner where the project is expected to be built is Hunt Consolidated.
Hunt recently received approval from the Terrell Planning and Zoning Commission to rezone the wider 282-acre site along the northeastern portion of Airport Road for light industrial use.
