Lee & Associates brokered the disposition of 760 Aloha, a Class A office property located in the heart of Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The property was sold to PacNorthwest Holdings on behalf of their client.
The transaction was facilitated by Alex Muir, Stuart Williams, Scotty Rowe and McCallum Mead of the Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest Capital Market’s team. The property sold for $7.75 million to the founders of a local technology company.
Constructed in May 2023, 760 Aloha is a 41,191-square-foot, six-story boutique building that features a rooftop terrace with views of Lake Union and nearby amenities, including restaurants, retail, and fitness facilities. 760 Aloha is also surrounded by major employers, including Amazon, Apple, Meta, Fred Hutch, Gates Foundation, and Alphabet.
The property garnered interest from institutional value-add investors, office owner-users, and multifamily developers looking for conversion projects. “After a competitive marketing process that included several dozen building tours and ten offers, an ideal buyer was selected,” said Muir.
