Trammell Crow Company (TCC), along with Affinius Capital, has broken ground on Sequoia Logistics Center, a 778,720-square-foot, Class-A, speculative logistics facility in Canby, Oregon, approximately 20 miles south of Portland.
The project is expected to be delivered by January 2027. Sequoia Logistics Center will be the only 40-foot clear height warehouse available for lease on the Oregon side of the Portland market. It will also feature 4,000 amps of power capacity, 143 loading docks, 224 trailer spaces, and 798 auto parking spaces.
“Canby’s industrial area offers a unique blend of strategic location, superior roadway access, and development readiness that makes it ideal for industrial growth,” said Kirk Olsen, a principal with TCC in Portland.
Project partners include Mackenzie as the architect and Perlo Construction, which is serving as the general contractor. Teams from KBC Advisors in Seattle and Kidder Mathews in Portland are marketing the project for lease.
