
The Gateway Arvada Ridge apartments, at 5458 Lee St., in Arvada, were sold for $100 million. TA Realty was the buyer, and Revantage, a corporate services company serving Blackstone Real Estate portfolio companies and investments, was the seller.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the Gateway Arvada Ridge apartments last sold for nearly $131 million in 2022. At that time, Revantage purchased the property from the Praedium Group. The apartment community was completed in 2019. Embrey developed Gateway Arvada Ridge.
Amenities at Gateway Arvada Ridge include a pool and spa, a dog wash, a fitness center and an outdoor grilling and barbecue pavilion.
Earlier this year, TA Realty, the buyer of the apartment community, sold a grocery center in Broomfield for $19 million. The company also sold a 260-unit luxury apartment community in Lakewood for $100 million late last year.
