The third tenant is a biotechnology hedge fund that will relocate its New York City headquarters to 6,800 square feet at 520 Fifth. The lease was brokered by JLL SVP Jason Roberts.
The leasing team for 520 Fifth includes vice chairmen Benjamin Bass, Paul Glickman, and Frank Doyle; executive managing director Clark Finney; and SVPs Harrison Potter and Robin Olinyk.
