
Indianapolis-based Strategic Capital Partners, LLC has broken ground on Building 7 at 65Commerce Park, marking the final facility in the nearly 200-acre, eight-building industrial master-planned complex in Whitestown, Indiana, a northwest suburb of Indianapolis.
The entire development encompasses 3.148 million square feet of leasable space. Building 7 is set to offer 286,344 square feet of speculative space upon its expected delivery by Q2 of 2026. Located on 16.94 acres at 5561 E. 500 S. in Whitestown, the property features specifications tailored for modern logistics, including 32-foot clear height ceilings, and 28 dock doors.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick Lindley, SIOR, Vice Chair, is spearheading the agency leasing efforts for Building 7 on behalf of SCP. The development team includes Compass Commercial Construction Group as contractor, JRA Architecture as lead architect, Kimley-Horn as engineer and Design & Construction Insight, LLC acting as the owner’s construction representative.
