Stellar Communities acquired a 22-acre land assemblage consisting of the former Rockledge Airport, an FBO, hangars and airport rights and is set to develop a $72 million townhome community. The project, The Stellar at Space Coast, is expected to break ground this summer. The company hopes to deliver 201 townhomes ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet. Home options include two- to four-bedroom layouts and private backyards. The project is at 3773 Flypark Dr. in Rockledge.
The region is home to NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin. Additionally, The Stellar at Space Coast is just a short drive from top-tier attractions in Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Cape Canaveral.
Stellar Communities has a track record in the Space Coast region. In December 2024, the company broke ground on Havens at Palm Bay Reserve, a luxury residential community consisting of 266 homes in Palm Bay, Florida.
