Lake Washington Partners announced that Stantec, a global sustainable design and engineering company, has signed a lease at Axis9, an office tower located at 1800 9th Avenue in downtown Seattle.
Stantec will occupy 10,953 square feet, taking approximately half a floor in the former Amazon office building in Seattle’s Denny Triangle. The space is being tailored to meet Stantec’s programmatic and operational requirements, and delivery is scheduled for Q1 of 2026.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Stantec as a tenant at Axis9,” said Jordan Lott, CEO and President of Lake Washington Partners. “This lease sets the tone for the high-quality, forward-thinking community we’re building at Axis9, and is another sign of increased interest in downtown Seattle offices.”
“This transaction, this building and this space demonstrate Stantec’s commitment to sustainable design and efficiently consolidate our downtown offices into one central location,” said Jennifer Linton, Senior Real Estate Manager with Stantec’s Corporate Real Estate Team.
