
Sprouts Farmers Market will soon be moving into a brand-new corporate headquarters. The company has tied up property at CityNorth near 56th Street and Loop 101. The campus will consist of a four-story, 144,500-square-foot building, a 25,000 square foot Sprouts market and two buildings likely for food and beverage purveyors.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports Sprouts is one of the fastest growing grocery chains in the country. it now has nearly 450 stores in 24 states.
Sprouts’ new headquarters will include an atrium that can host company-wide town halls, on-site Press Coffee location, gym, yoga studio, large deck on the top floor, culinary kitchens, tasting room and a garden.
Trammell Crow will be the developer of the project with Wespac as the general contractor. The new Sprouts corporate campus was designed by RSP Architects.
Construction is expected to start in mid-May and Sprouts could move in as soon as August 2026.
