Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a five-townhome community in Spring Valley. With a sale price of $3,395,000, or $679,000 per unit, this represents the highest price ever paid in Spring Valley as well as the surrounding submarkets, according to Marcus & Millichap. Additionally, the property sold at 100% of list price with no concessions.
“9031–9039 Meghan Ct. represents the type of high-performing, well-located asset that continues to resonate with today’s multifamily investors,” said Austin Huffman, senior director with the Zorbas Huffman Group of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office. “This transaction reflects the ongoing strength of the Spring Valley submarket and the sustained demand for quality housing in the region.”
Completed in 2024, the five-unit multifamily property offers a well-balanced unit mix. The transaction was facilitated by Huffman and Wyatt Darien, associate investments, of the Zorbas Huffman Group. They represented the seller, BRD Development LLC. The buyer, Gabriel M. Hall, was represented by The Pollard Company.
