Spectrum has just announced its new ‘Invincible WiFi’ home internet plan. This brings users, especially those with the luxury of working from home, peace of mind, as it combines Wi-Fi 7, 5G data, and an 8-hour battery backup to keep users online always. With the latest Wi-Fi 7 technology, users can experience faster speeds, lower latency, and an ultra-responsive network. There’s also AI-enabled protection in the mix.
Spectrum launches new ‘Invincible WiFi’ home internet plan
The Spectrum Invincible WiFi offers coverage for up to 200+ devices. Spectrum notes that it’s the only Wi-Fi solution to offer 5G backup with unlimited data. The system continuously monitors your internet connection. It can automatically detect Wi-Fi issues and switch your connection to the 5G backup as needed, keeping all your devices connected. There’s no data cap as well.
Spectrum says 5G speeds depend on local 5G coverage, signal strength, and network congestion. Once the Wi-Fi service is back, Invincible WiFi switches back to your primary Fiber-Powered Internet. In the event of an unexpected full-power outage, Spectrum Invincible WiFi also provides users up to 8 hours of wireless battery backup.

WiFi 7, 5G data, and an 8-hour battery backup
Invincible WiFi offers up to 2,000 sq.ft. coverage. It can also automatically detect and block threats using AI-enabled protection. This is also available even in backup mode. As for the price, Invincible WiFi is included in Spectrum’s 2GB internet plan. Users can also add it to any 1GB plan for $10/month or to any Spectrum plan for $20/month.Â
