Sony has just announced a new launch event for April 14. The company gave out the exact time of the event as well; it’ll kick off at 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST / 6 PM CET / 5 PM BST.
New Sony INZONE event is coming, and it’ll cater to gamers
You can see the company’s teaser below, as it was shared via social media. The company is teasing several new products, and says that it has gamers in mind with these ones. Only the Inzone H6 Air has been revealed in leaks thus far, though.
It remains to be seen what else the company will share with the public during the event. We do know that a number of Sony devices are on the way, but they’re unlikely to become official during this event.
The Sony Xperia 1 VIII leaked recently, but that phone is not expected to arrive until May. The Sony Xperia 1 VII was presented in mid-May last year, so this one is expected to follow.
The ColleXion headphones could be coming as well
What else? Well, The ColleXion over-ear wireless headphones are also rumored. Those are supposed to be premium new headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC). Not much is known about them, though. As a reminder, the Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones arrived not long ago as the company’s flagship headphones.
We could see new Inzone headphones and earphones during this event, and based on some rumors, Sony also developed a new monitor, mouse, and mousepad, too. We’re not sure how accurate those leaks are, though, so… it remains to be seen.
The only thing we know for sure is that several new devices will make an appearance during this event. Well, along with the fact that these will be Inzone products, as the event was announced by the Inzone by Sony account.
