Soar N Bounce, a Chicago-based indoor entertainment company, has expanded beyond Illinois with the opening of its first Minnesota location in Rochester.
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced the company has signed a 66,100-square-foot lease at Aurora Village Shopping Center, a 122,323-square-foot retail center located at 1801 County Road 42 West in Burnsville, Minnesota.
TRS Vice President Brad Kaplan and Senior Associate Molly Townsend represented the owner, Aurora Investments LLC, in the lease negotiations. Soar N Bounce was represented by Brian Weld and Tom Martin of Cushman & Wakefield.
The new facility features inflatable obstacle courses, trampolines, and bounce houses. Soar N Bounce’s Minnesota debut marks the beginning of a broader regional expansion plan targeting secondary Midwest markets. Aurora Village Shopping Center is located near Costco, Target, Cub Foods, and Best Buy. It is currently home to Café Zupas, Olive Garden, Raising Cane’s, and several national and local retailers.
