Another Google Pixel 10 series glitch has surfaced, and this time around it relates to the phone’s display. Before we get to it, let’s just note that this one follows the Android Auto glitch we wrote about last week.
Some Google Pixel 10 phones are having a ‘snowstorm’ glitch on their displays
Some Google Pixel 10 owners reported that their phones are randomly showing screens full of colorful snow, essentially. Some of you will remember old TVs, and how it looks when they lose signal… well, this is basically it.
This glitch has been reported on the Pixel Phones subreddit, and the user Ok_Economist_3997 also shared some photos of it. You can see those pictures in the gallery below.
He’s not the only one, though. Other users have come forward, claiming that their phones are having the exact same issue. This glitch does not freeze the phone or anything like that. That fact leads us to believe this is just a software issue, perhaps with drivers or something.
Google has started reaching out to users who are experiencing the problem
The good news is that Google has started reaching out to users who are experiencing this screen glitch. The company has been responding to complaints via the PixelCommunity account on Reddit. That leads us to believe these problems will be solved quickly.
If you are one of the people experiencing this problem, reaching out to Google is the best idea. You can reach out to the company’s technical support and see what happens next. This problem has to be solved by software, or you’ll get a replacement unit.
This screen glitch issue doesn’t seem to be limited to just one Pixel 10 series model, by the way. The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL launched rather recently, while the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will become available next month.
