Several Automakers Accused Of Cheating Diesel Emissions Reg In UK

Lawyers representing over 1.6 million claimants, forming what’s being called a NOx (nitrogen oxides) Emissions Group, have opened proceedings in London’s High Court at the start of a massive trial. They’re accusing various global automotive brands of manipulating diesel emissions tests because they “would rather cheat than comply with the law.”
