
Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 634 Crouch St., a 5,800-square-foot industrial property located in Oceanside. The asset sold for $1,500,000.
“The seller has owned this property since it was built in the 1960s, housing a variety of automotive uses,” said Ben Tashakorian, executive managing director in Marcus and Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar Office. “The property was not marketed, but the buyer owns the adjacent properties and was interested in this purchase to add to their industrial portfolio along Oceanside Boulevard, which now totals nearly 100,000 square feet.”
Tashakorian and Brad Peters with The Tashakorian Group in the firm’s San Diego Del Mar office represented the seller, Premier Property Management, LLC. The buyer, Legacy West Partners, LLC, was also procured by The Tashakorian Group.
The property spreads across six buildings. It includes 0.41 acres of land on two parcels and was 100% leased at the time of sale.
