
Securityhunter, Inc., a provider of security solutions to the federal government, announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters, along with nearly 100 employees, to Windsor Corporate Park in Baltimore County.
The firm has signed a lease with St. John Properties for 27,120 square feet of flex and R&D space at 2520 Lord Baltimore Drive and plans to complete the relocation this summer. St. John Properties Leasing Representative Claire Metz represented the landlord, and Kevin Adams and Nathan Adams of Metropolitan Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
Windsor Corporate Park is an 86-acre mixed-use business community situated at the intersection of Windsor Boulevard and Lord Baltimore Drive and is home to St. John Properties’ corporate headquarters. It comprises 12 buildings totaling nearly 450,000 square feet of commercial office, flex/R&D, and retail space. It is located two miles from Interstate 695, seven miles from Interstate 95, nine miles from downtown Baltimore, and just over 10 miles from BWI Airport.   Â
