Seattle Samosa, a food business specializing in handcrafted Indian snacks and meals, has leased 9,410 square feet at Redmond East located at 6645 185th Avenue NE in Redmond, Washington.
The space will be home to the company’s first dedicated production facility, a major milestone in its journey from a homegrown startup to a regional food leader. Kidder Mathews‘ Senior Vice President Kelly Gaddis and Senior Associate Mia Ponce represented Seattle Samosa in the transaction.
Seattle Samosa supplies authentic, ready-to-eat Indian samosas, other snacks, and beverages to households, retail partners, and corporate clients across the Pacific Northwest. The Redmond East facility—owned by Alco Redmond East, LLC—will serve as the company’s central production hub, allowing it to scale operations, expand distribution, and meet growing demand.
Seattle Samosa’s Redmond East facility is expected to be fully operational by Q4 2025, with production capacity increasing significantly to support both regional and national distribution opportunities.
