
The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International brokered the sale of Appleton Oaks, a 113-unit apartment complex located at 241 Drakeside Rd. in the coastal town of Hampton, NH, for $31,500,000. David Berman, James Stubblebine and David Stubblebine and Zack Hardy of The Stubblebine Company represented the undisclosed seller and directly procured the buyer, Boston-based Seabrook Real Estate Partners.
Appleton Oaks was constructed in two phases in 2004 and 2005 and encompasses two buildings. It is located near I-95 and offers quick access to Hampton Beach.
