Schertz is slated to open three significant developments, two rental communities. The town, NE of San Antonio, is like many Texas towns…rapidly growing. It has 43,000 residents and adding more every day.
Community Impact reports Aviator 1518 is nearly available for tenants. The affordable project at 9120 E. FE 1518 N. will have 300 units when its built out the first units will be available in June. and the rest will be completed by the end of 2025. The development is a partnership between the Schertz Housing Authority and the NRP Group.
Collection Schertz Station will have its first townhomes available beginning in July. Embrey is the developer. The development will consist of 318 build-to-rent townhomes with units ranging from one- to three-bedrooms with attached and detached garages. The first units will be ready in July.
The cold storage warehouse STX Frio will be coming to 22218 FM 2252 in Schertz this winter. Boomerang Industrial will be building a 325,274-square-foot cold storage warehouse. The development will be available for lease.
