Savills has extended its long-term lease for its Chicago office. The global real estate advisory firm will remain in an over 16,500-square-foot half-floor at 150 North Riverside Plaza.
The transaction was overseen by Savills Chicago region President Robert Sevim and Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg. The building was represented in lease negotiations by Christy Domin of Riverside Investment & Development. 150 North Riverside is a 1.2 million rentable square foot trophy office tower located in the West Loop submarket.
The space was recently upgraded and reconfigured to create a more modern and efficient workplace. The transformation included remapping the office’s technology footprint, activating underutilized areas, and enhancing in-office amenities.
“Chicago is one of Savills core markets and its Midwest hub for real estate advisory and brokerage services,” said Feinberg. “The space is designed to expand our services and solutions, integrate top talent, and seamlessly meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of our diverse clientele across local and global markets.”
