Savills will consolidate its two Los Angeles offices and relocate to a full floor at 1900 Ave. of the Stars this summer. The global real estate advisory firm will occupy a nearly 20,000-square-foot space in the building, currently under renovation in the Century City submarket.
“This new space reflects who we are—a tight-knit, forward-thinking and collaborative team. It won’t be a typical office, but a launchpad for big ideas and bold solutions,” said Savills Los Angeles region president Josh Gorin, who oversaw lease negotiations for the new lease. “We look forward to moving into 1900 Ave. of the Stars, which will place us in the premier office building in Century City and allow us to do what we do best: providing industry-leading services for our clients.”
The building was represented in lease negotiations by Peter Best of LA Realty Partners and David Freitag, Kayla Rix and Rocky Binswanger of CBRE.
