Samsung is announcing a new Galaxy Camera experience ahead of Unpacked. This new experience is “designed to unify photo and video capturing, editing, and sharing into one intuitive system.”
Samsung says in their press release that users are going to be able to turn a photo from day to night in seconds, as well as restore missing parts of objects in images, capture detailed photos in low light, and merge multiple photos into a single, cohesive result seamlessly. This is all part of the new Galaxy AI experience that will likely be announced next week with the Galaxy S26 series.
Samsung is essentially taking tasks that once required professional skills in Lightroom or another photo editing app and making it so users can accomplish them in just minutes on their Galaxy device. This also eliminates other apps, as you’ll only need the Gallery app from Samsung.
There’s going to be way more being announced at Unpacked next week. Especially since Samsung is announcing this new Galaxy Camera experience a week ahead of time.
