Samsung wants to avoid quality issues with the release of its Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro, aiming to have a more successful launch than the Galaxy Buds3 series that launched, which had some unfortunate quality issues present. While the Galaxy Buds3 have done well for Samsung overall, there were several complaints of a variety of issues, including ear tips tearing off the earbuds and problems with charging them back up.
Those two issues alone aren’t exactly a healthy mix of experiences for consumers who put money into your product. Naturally, Samsung wants to make sure that doesn’t happen again. And it seems the company is actively working to prevent those types of problems from popping back up this time around.
Samsung to avoid issues with Galaxy Buds4 by “focusing on build quality and practicality”
While the Galaxy Buds3 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro are good true wireless earbuds, they weren’t perfect. Samsung plans to get closer to perfection with the Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro by focusing on practicality and build quality. This is according to a new report from Korean outlet ETNews, which also states that Samsung focused on these two factors instead of appearance.
Samsung did change the look of the Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro, but not by much. As you can see from earlier leaked renders, there are differences, but the overall design is relatively similar. It most certainly seems like Samsung focused more on practicality and build quality than appearance.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro alongside the Galaxy S26 family of devices at its upcoming Unpacked event, slated for the end of this month.
